This location is in the heart of LA. Every second Thursday of the month you can cruise the streets and check out some art work at the Art Walk! If ya get a little tipsy from the Free wine, just get a room at the Roosevelt.

The Buzz...

Old Hollywood Glamour sets the scene for the whole hotel. I love the history of the hotel and the amazing photography and stories posted thru out the hotel. The fact that Marilyn Monroe did her first commercial shoot there and the first academy awards in 1929 were held there, is a nice factoid to know. The Tropicana Bar is the bomb (during the summer days/evenings) and has great pool side service! The "roosevelt club sandwich" is my favorite poolside meal. TEDDY's (fri/sat) has become a hotspot in town.

The rooms are comfortable, big, and trendy. The mini bar has all the essentials.

Tip: Cheap parking is available across from the hotel.
Bonus Tip: Get in with Med, get into Teddy's.

Classic Hollywood hotel. The inside is amazing, old-style - so beautiful. Teddy's Nightclub is located here - very exclusive, so I don't know if us normal people can even get in.

I enjoyed my stay in the Cabana at the Roosevelt. The Tropicana Bar at the pool is very popular around midnight on the weekends.
