I've been a fan of Hapa Sushi since they opened when I was going to school in Boulder. Then when I moved down to Denver after graduating, I started going to the Hapa in Cherry Creek to get my fix. These days, I'm happy to spin a fun happy hour party there every Sunday called Hapa Life. I play a mix of soul, r&b, classic hip hop and more to compliment the sushi and wind down the weekend just right, here's the details in case you wanna check it out:

I love their happy hour, you can't get a better deal for a full stomach of great food and drinks! This sushi tops all of the other places in Boulder, without question. The store on the Hill is my favorite because it's not as crowded but both places have the best Dragon Rolls I have ever had.

Ruby Red and Orgasm Roll

Obviously, I come here for these two rolls. The Ruby Red and the Orgasm Roll are both unique and wonderful, cream cheese on sushi is sooooooooo good. Who knew?

Hapa Life Happy Hour

I definitely recommend checking out the happy hour on sunday nights as they have great specials on sushi, drinks and live music! a great way to finish the weekend off!

Super Sushi

Hapa's sushi never disappoints at any of their locations! Their appetizers are amazing too, and it's all reasonably priced. I love their specialty rolls. I recommend the Orgasm Roll with strawberries and you can't go wrong with Purple Haze sake.
