This is a beautiful, beautiful place (Gaylord Resort that is)... even the restaurants are nice, but the food could be alottt better (Ama Lur that is). Took a date here, wasn't trying to impress her (I ate for free). I ordered a Chicken Entree, she ordered some kind of Quesadillas... both were JUST OK. Not that impressed by the food, but again... that property is beautiful! Just go to walk around... Oh yea, parking was $10.

Crazy big

It is so big that you walk inside and still feel like you are outside. If that doesn't make sense, you need to see it. There is even a creek running through the inside with a river front cafe. I would also recommend taking their hotel bus over to the historic Main Street area in Grapevine, it is a neat area and one of the few shopping areas that seems to be left that isn't a fake outside area that is actually a corporate mall.
