Now in our third year, the Solution w/DJ Low Key & Sounds Supreme is stronger than ever. We started the party from scratch in an empty room in the basement of the Shelter (now Bar Standard) wanting to create "the kind of party we'd like to go to" and after a lot of hard work and determination, we're pretty damn close (if I do say so myself). We've since moved the party over to the rooftop of the Funky Buddha, you catch us there every Friday night. No cover / 21+ / Music at 9.

Over the last few years we've thrown a variety of theme parties (chicken & waffles, an annual J Dilla tribute, listening/release parties w/indie & major labels, art shows & more), featured a ton of great guest DJs (Denver legends DJ Chonz, Bedz & Psycho, Seattle's Risk One, internationally renowned turntablist DJ Vajra & more), played host to some of the finest up and coming talent in hip hop (Blu, Exile & DJ Day, Tanya Morgan, Mickey Factz, Theophilus London, Kidz in the Hall, Median, Che Grand & more) and most importantly, provided a weekly party for the heads that's based around quality hip hop.
