This high-end fitness club located in Coral Gables has a variety of classes that could draw anyones attention, from Pilates, Cycling, Cardio Kickboxing, to Dance classes. The instructors are intense and inspiring, and the atmosphere is friendly and motivating; personal trainers are extremely accessible. The facilities are spectacular including the locker rooms (with steam rooms), the lap pool, Pilates and Yoga Studio, and the Full-service Spa. I am partial to a little cardio in front of the plasma TVs, followed by pilates classes, and I definitely recommend their massages to relax after a hard workout.
