If you're feeling like a traditional British tea, the tea room at the Empress is really top notch. The bar is also worth a visit, if you're out looking for vestiges of the British Raj, or feeling like partying like it's 1899.
Full disclosure: The Empress was my first exposure to British tea, as we went here when I was about 5 years old. (First exposure to crumpets, too.)
