Male / 41 / Denver, COPerfect Way to Spend a Summer Afternoon
Right in the middle of Cherry Creek and close to downtown, the Botanic gardens are an oasis. My family loves to go here on a sunny day and just stroll the gardens, sit by the koi pond and generally see what's come up since our last visit. There are summer concerts here as well, check online.

You have to catch one of the summer concerts at the Gardens. Perfect venue on a warm summer night for vino and music by great performers.

We have a year pass. Everytime we go there is something that we did not see last time. Favorite place is the Japanese Gardens in the back. Very peaceful.

A sunny day, a picnic, a blanket, glass of vino and a close friend is all that is needed to make this place a peaceful retreat. Strolling through these gardens is a real treat - love the variety of specimens - the lilacs were brilliant and so sweet smelling, and the Japanese garden was blissful - amongst many other lovely cottage/potager/meadow gardens. I LOVE great gardens!!!! They speak to my soul.

Gardens outside and inside a Rainforest in the middle of denver! Its craziness. Iv been to the real rainforest and you feel the same way when you go inside the exhibit at the Botanic Gardens. Plus there are concerts, shows and movies. Great place for a date or just to hang out.
