The world should be so luck

I consider the Dalai Lama to be the greatest teacher in the world. He takes complicated ethical issues and turns them into simple lessons. For a man who has suffered so much, he sure has a lot to give. I would recommend studying all his writings, as they are sure to make you a happier person. They sure changed my life for the better.

The ultimate teacher

I've been fortunate enough to hear the Dalai Lama speak twice in my life...what a powerfully spiritual being. The mood of the room actually shifts with his emotions. At one of his speeches expect to experience profound happiness as well as sadness and leave with a sense of peace. Yet for someone who has witnessed so much injustice in the world, this man has a fantastic sense of humor! His book, "How to see yourself as you really are" is an easy read with simple lessons that can truly shift our life.
