Dungeonous Crab. Get it soaked in Garlic or White wine. I suggest having your dining companion get the other and share. The mix of both works best. Also, the rest has a river running thru it covered with glass that's filled with koi. Kinda cool.

Crustaceans in Beverly Hills is a very elegant and upscale place to eat at. If you want to impress a date or have a great business meeting... this is the place. It is located in the hearth of Beverly Hills and has very relaxed, Zen ambience, yet classy and elegant. The wine and champagne selection is quite impressive. The service is fantastic and the food... wow! Personal favorites are the Chilean sea bass and lobster mango salad. The secret kitchen features delicious treat… most famous for its garlic noodles. It is on the expensive side… but most certainly worth it.
