Fine Dining Education

Wonderful place. I've taken cooking classes at almost all the cooking schools in Denver and this is by far my favorite. In addition to learning how to make at least a four course meal, you get to enjoy it with wine pairings (all included in the price of the class). The big difference is how hands on the entire class gets to be in each part of the meal. (At most other schools you sit and watch, and get to chop a vegetable if you're lucky) Gift certificates here make excellent gifts for both a novice in the kitchen and a connoisseur. Also a great date spot.

We took a wine class here, too - not just a cooking school. They have an event called "Taste 5" on the second Friday evening of every month where you get a dinner with wine pairing that I've been wanting to try...
