Located right on the lake in Austin. The fish taco's were amazing.. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Austin

Favorite place on the lake in Austin

This place is always packed. It has a big patio over the water on Lake Austin that overlooks the beginning of the hill country. The food is ridiculous and you get HUGE portions. You should probably share something. You can't go wrong with anything here, although my personal favorite is the grilled veggie pipeline enchilada with chicken, which is really a huge burrito. It comes with black beans (my favorite) and rice. Great crowd, drinks and outdoor bar. Has valet parking but you can park across the street and up the hill. It's a little walk, but you'll need it after all that food. Grab the key lime mints on the way out, although they don't always have them. Probably because people like me take enough to fill my purse. I have many favorite places to eat in Austin, but this is probably my favorite. Just try to go at an off-peak time.

Grab a margarita and enjoy it while you wait. Share an entree, they are huge!!
