"Chop-Chop"

This is classic South Miami food. They offer numerous chicken entrees, but you must try the World-Famous "Chop-Chop" which includes freshly marinated chopped up boneless breast of chicken on top a bowl of rice (I recommend yellow rice). There are variations to the Original version, where you can add numerous veggies, but you must top it all off with one of their signature sauces - Mustard Curry is the people's choice. The food is simple, and healthy (grilled, broiled, steamed or baked), and just delicious. There are a few locations throughout South Florida, but the South Miami location has the true feel of a local eatery.
