The food's not bad - Mexican food is pretty hard to screw up - but the tortillas in this place are positively stellar. Worth visiting regularly just to pick up a dozen of their fresh-made flour tortillas.

I've grown up with amazing Mexican food - best of all was the homemade tortillas my grandma would have waiting after the 2 hour drive to visit. She'd heat them up and let me put as much butter on them as I wanted.

Carolina's is my fix when I need those butter-slathered tortillas without the drive. They also have great options for lunch!
