Carney's always brings a smile to my face... I don't know if it is the smell of the burgers or the fact that you the restaurant is actually a train car but this place always puts me in a good mood. I have had pretty much everything and it is all good. Hot Dog's blows pinks out of the water and the burger are possibly the best in LA.. Lunchtime can get a little nuts so plan accordingly. Added bonus for me is the fact that they are one of the few places in LA that still has crushed ice.

They have burgers, fries and my beloved hotdog. I recommend the chili cheese dog. Its a beautiful thing.

i have gone to this place since i was a kid, and before i was born my mother claims to have invented chilli cheese fries there and was a friend of the owner's!! so needless to say i love this place. furthermore it hasn't changed at all since i was little which makes it that mush better. this is the best place to go when you go out in LA. but that's if you're like me... born and raised in the hills just above carney's... sigh!
