Maybe the best Steak in Dallas.

I'm not sure if it's the best steak in Dallas, but I haven't found anyone who can beat the Capital Grille. This is one of my all time favorite restaurants, it's great for a special occasion or just because you're hungry. The service is always 100% perfect.

Start with the crab cakes, they're top notch. My favorite cut of beef is the Filet and they'll hand carve it any size you want. Be specific how you want it cooked, there are at least three degrees of rare and they'll hit it exactly. You can't miss with Sam's Mashed Potatoes. Save room for the Chocolate Mousse.
