If you are staying at THE Hotel at Mandalay Bay and you are tired of eating at the poker table, put your cards down and walk up the mall area past the House of Blues and get a phenomenal burger. Any kind, you name it, they have it.

It takes the old idea Fudruckers had (are they still around even?) of build your own burger and takes it to the extreme. Kobe beef, beef, buffalo, turkey, you name it they have it. I went with a buffalo burger and it was phenomenal.

I was happy to find that this place sold Bison/Buffalo burgers. Very healthy (look it up, healthier than some seafood). Anyway...my wife had a real beef burger. We were disappointed. The burgers were bland pretty much no seasoning was used. They just slapped together some patties and stuck it on the grill. It was good, but bland. The buffalo hot fries were really good though. But $16.00 for a Buffalo burger only with no fries was a bit steep. $8.00 OK. Or at least $16.00 for the burger plus fries would have seemed reasonable.Either way, the food was OK. Just OK. Nothing special.
