Beautiful hike and drive

Mosey on down Hwy 14 from Vancouver/Portland, and you'll come upon Beacon Rock. Less crowded (and less spectacular) than Multnomah Falls, Beacon is still a SW WA goodie and a great workout. Beautiful views of the Columbia River.
