They usually have a long wait list. I've heard you have to book several weeks ahead of time. They serve their dishes appetizer-style, like tapas. They have a nice variety of food.

Best Tapas Anywhere

I have been to Tapas Bars in NYC and Hobken NJ and Amada is the best. I don't drink alcohol but my freinds said the San Gria was excellent. Place to visit in Old City for a snack, lunch or dinner. I love it.
