I never actually sit and eat my gelato there, although they have cute tables to sit at both inside and out. (I guess I just like to have my dessert binges in private.) I love to get 2 flavors and mix the crema and the cappucino - it's like having a gelato tiramisu. They also serve the tallest apple pie I've ever seen, and other delicious desserts. If you want a real meal, they serve pastas, pizzas, etc., too. But really, it's all about the gelato - which you can buy in single servings or pints. Bring cash, because they don't take credit cards.

Yes the gelato is amazing here - and try to save room for some. But, the food is worth a trip of its own. Italians I know (very well) have deemed the simple (but yummy) creations worthy of a traditional Sunday dinner. The menu is short and most items are served family style so bring some friends. Try the rigatoni with marinara and the gnocchi with pesto and then share a house salad and a side of meatballs and chicken cutlet - and soak it all up with the great homemade bread. They don't serve wine, but you can grab a bottle from the liquor store across the street or bring your own. There are a few tables outside that are great on a warm night (and offer some better atmosphere than the over-lit interior).

Order one flavor of their amazing gelato and ask for "a taste" of different flavor. They'll add a small second scoop to the order for free!
