Top-notch bar, great burgers

The bartenders are very skilled, true mixologists, including the history of cocktails, which they visit often by recreating old recipes.

Not many places have the Laphroaig 30 behind the bar...

One of my favorite brunch spots. They have this bun thingy... Honey or Cinnamon, I cant remember exactly, but it has pecans on top and it is soooo good! And they make a mean bloody mary...

I was lucky enough to visit Paris for the first time a few months ago, and dining at Absinthe took me right back to the Parisian streets, and the amazing restaurants in the city. I'm not a huge fan of the taste of absinthe the drink, but could go on about Absinthe the restaurant for hours...check it out!
